Miss Icha Hapsari

Miss Icha Hapsari is a passionate Early Childhood Educator who holds a degree of Master of Teaching (Early Childhood Education) from the University of Melbourne, Australia and has been working in this industry since 2014. Her strong Reggio Emilia Pedagogical Approach has supported her play-based teaching practices in implementing Australia’s Early Years Learning Framework for children under 3 years old. Her idealistic dream of creating a safe play space for children to independently explore their cultural roots and surrounding environment can be seen on her formulation of ‘Sangkabira Curriculum’ - a framework that she formulated to support children’s play and learning program at Rumah Belajar Sangkabira (a learning space that her social enterprise -Baraka Nusantara* built in Sembalun Village, East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara).

*Baraka Nusantara is listed as 60 must watched Social Enterprise of 2017 in Asia according to DBS and NUS.
